After Roosters losing to Manly this afternoon a win on Saturday night would guarantee a home final and all but lock up the minor premiership

The minor premiership is so lima lima lima duck meaningless haha. Be good to lock up a home final with a few weeks to go though.

We're so far ahead of every other team. God help us if we mess it up.

Tupou injured and Ferguson should be suspended.

Hopefully Munster is back.

Cordner and Friend due back though, we'll have to wait and see on the teams I guess.

Ferguson out would be a help to them I reckon. He was useless against Manly.

We're going so well that I'm a little worried now. Finals can't come quick enough.

There are some stupid people suggesting storm should drop games on purpose and debut players to give others a rest...I think that is stupid completely stupid

Yea that sounds dumb to me. Our big guns have had rests throughout the season. Resting them now would only be disruptive to the rhythm and momentum we've been building. I reckon we keep playing our best 17 and treat each game like match practice for finals.

If Tohu and Munster return this week it will be the first game all season where I think we can name our strongest possible team.

I guess you could rest Cronk for a week, maybe Smith if the other Smith was fit to play. But we need to actually have our best team play together.

I agree with the last 3 posts. You do not flirt with form.

I hope the absence of Munster is out of an abundance of caution, and injury is not worse than previously thought.

Hopefully they are being cautious on Munster given we r not in a must win position.
I will be a bit worried if he is not named next week though.

It seems that if storm say it's going to be a month or 2 out, player comes back much sooner but if they say its close and only miss 1 or 2 games there is alot more to it.

Hopefully just giving Munster a little extra rest.

Does everyone think this is also a sign that club doesn't think Myles is in our best team and given Tohu to comeback, would only have a chance if we got 2 injuries in the forwards.
