Got this from the Daily Telegraph - "Whats the Buzz"

"SPOTTED II

We can reveal NRL refs boss Tony Archer was actually inside the bunker on the night Canberra Raiders player Sia Soliola knocked Billy Slater unconscious two week ago — but did nothing about it. He had three minutes to tell the video official it was a send-off offence but did nothing about it. Later he issued a press release to admit they had stuffed up."

Just shows Archer is useless.

He would be there observing - it would be a massive breach of process if he had stepped in at the time... we know the decision was wrong, but it wasn't Archer that made the wrong call.

His issue is whether his team are following the processes in the decision making process, and according to his statement on that one they didn't

I would argue that it wouldn't and shouldn't be a breach of process. If he is there as part of a review and training role then it is a learning opportunity for the senior man to say, "Now, look at the process. Look at the key indicators. Late? Tick. High? Tick. Clenched fist? Tick. Swinging arm? Tick Tick. Now, what should you do?"
We must all hang together or, most assuredly, we shall all hang separately

Could be talking about Paul Gallen;
Look at the key indicators. High? Tick. Clenched fist? Tick. Swinging arm? Tick Tick. Previous form? Tick Tick Tick Tick Tick Nah, nothing to answer to.
But I digress....
