5 years is too long for any player IMHO. He's been terrific for us this year but things can change pending injuries, form slumps, off-field distractions, etc.
But I agree with the gist of what you're saying in that he's a valuable member of the team and we need to keep him happy here for a while yet.

I rate Suli over Izzy tbh.

Suli much more agile than Izzy who was more explosive. They can jump but I know who I'd pick if I had a choice.

The one thing I'll throw into that debate is that Suli has had a better quality of 5/8 in Green and Munster that Izzy who had Inglis who was never a real half.

Folau showed much more ability to beat defenders and create for himself. Lot of the good things Suli does is on the back of others.

You can add billy's evolution as a top ball playing fullback to the equation as well. When inglis left I guess Bill had to take it up a notch.

That's another very good point and he does seem to favour the right side for those sweep movements. This isn't to take anything away from Suli though, you can only work with what you have around you and he has certainly made the most of that with the exception of the four or five times he stepped into touch in his first six games haha.

On the other hand he has to play outside Chambers who isn't renowned for his passing game
