I think she's referring to the loose guideline that was applied preseason to divide up who played where which was nsw cup - falcons and qld cup - easts. It wasn't completely divided that way though - Kenny Bromwich and Hymel Hunt have been playing at Falcons for example even though they were at Easts last year.
