Easts Tigers v Northern Pride live on Channel Nine Brisbane on Sunday at 2pm. Replayed on Fox Sports next week. Ex-Storm boys Semi Tadulala and Blake Leary named in the Pride team.

Slade Griffin concussed in Sharks game. Ran into a Burgess shoulder when he attempted a tackle.

Moroko and Taufua scored tries for Sharks with one conversion from Gigot. Vale just scored for Bears, bursting through an Auva'a tackle. Conversion by Farrell. Sharks 10 - 6 up.

Young Tonumaipea just scored out wide converted by Gigot. Sharks 16 - 6 up. Vave, McLean and Moors all in starting forward pack. Griffin started at hooker before going off, Young and Kirisome in the backline. No Finchy or Townsend. Not sure who is on bench.

Farrell scores try and converts his own try for Bears. Moroko scores his second, converted by Gigot. Sharks 22 Bears 12.

Half time Sharks 22 to 16 up. Vave started at lock and is standout Storm player. He made a number of big runs, some good passes at the line but did make one error when trying to offload.

Full time Sharks 26 Bears 16. Vave was very very good made a heap of damaging runs. Weston was also good with a number of good runs but did gave away a couple of penalties. Moors and McLean were both a little quiet although Jordan made a good try saving tackle. with about 3 minutes to go. Tonumaipea scored two tries, one of which was as he was being bundled in to touch. Auva'a was solid apart from having a tackle busted for one of Bears tries. Slade only lasted 5 mins before being concussed.

Vave got VB man of match on Fox.
