It said on NRL injury report that Seve had a minor shoulder injury picked up in Samoa test game.

Quirky little fact, if Vunivalu, Olam, Kata, Hughes, Seve and for arguments sake Croft all start in our backline, we will cover 6 different nationalities: Fiji, PNG, Tonga, NZ, Samoa and Australia. I doubt that's happened too often at NRL level before, if ever.

Max King and Harry Grant have dropped out of the squad for tomorrow night's game.

Interesting observation, in terms of NRL experience, Brodie Croft is clearly the most experienced half on the field.

That is fantastic. A credit to our recruiting and our culture.

It would not be the same if you were not nervous, Sallymay !

It will be fascinating to see how we go in this one.

Mattpoet I think Seve is in, in place of Kata.

Yep, was thinking to myself that Kata was out as I typed it and typed his name by mistake.

Really good debut for Tino. Brandon put the team on his back in his second stint.

Good game by Sandor Earl particularly on a wet night and after the errors he made in his first game for Storm. Justin Olam was solid. Suli was very good. Billy Walters was good on debut, particularly in defence.

Shattered for Albie Vete, dislocated shoulder.

Hung in there, another two points.

I thought Croft had one of his better games. Seemed to play a bit more of what was in front of him. Will be interesting to see if they continue with him or if Walters did enough to justify taking his spot. Walters seems to be a more solid option defensively and his kicking game is only a bit behind Croft (who doesn't kick as much when Munster is back anyway).

Kenny was good again apart from his missed tackle which led to their second try.

How good is Paps? Defending in the line for a guy his size (I believe he is the second smallest/lightest player in the league).

I know we played an under-strength Dragons team, but it was a good game to build confidence in our depth players.

Yea, Croft had a more than fine game. Did have two completely bizarre passes which make you question why he's in the side
