What's the view from the foothills ?
Just when it looked like a slogfest with Penrith drawing 1st blood the B effect kicked in interspersed with a dose of J curve. At the break...................

Sloppy first half but the boys superior skills shone through in the end.

Tohu harris has been a handfull, really hard to pull down.
Kenny Bromwich has been busy as usual
Brayden Wiliam has been classy in attack but really needs to work on his positioning in defence
Kirisome Avuaa has look very classy when given good ball. Great ball skills.
Jordan Maclean has dropped some ball but a handful to bring down.

We should really win this game by 40.

I've seen this guy twice playing in the SG Ball and now todays game.

He deadset plays like a Stephen Kearney clone, and looks a bit like him too.

:'( I only get to see the Bolts in action at home games & following via the live update is only slightly satisfying when they win  ;D

Unfortunately for us, the team won't be playing a home game at Etihad on Friday, but at Olympic Park probably on Sat.
I am really disappointed with whoever made this decision as I was looking forward to seeing them live for the first time this year.

I just hope the same thing doesn't happen with our remaining games at Etihad.

The NRL website have the 20s game listed as a 1.20 kickoff Friday at Olympic Park

Could see Avua'a becoming a very nice 5/8 down the track.

I thought it was time to settle on a backline giving how disjointed it has looked starting the game and it looks as though Dean has thought the same.

I wouldn't be surprised to see changes to the bench. The is 15 Jai Ingram.

The other player I forgot to mention from last weeks game was Jordan Meads.  Really good awareness - both in attack and defence from what I saw
