Tohu, NAS , Finucane, McLean, Chambers and Suli are all free agents. Should be a great year of speculation.

I guess Slater counts in that category too. Forgot about him.

Tohu and NAS would be my priorities out of those. Would be fantastic to keep all of them though.

Pending what happens with Slater, we probably lose a couple of those listed. With the exception of Chambers, they are all likely in line for a bump in contract value.

Hi, just wondering if you can change the title of this thread from 2014 to 2017.

Cheers

I'm sure Will's manager would be looking for him to get a better deal than whatever he's on now. I wouldn't blame him for looking elsewhere if he thinks he would be successful.

Can't believe we let Tohu go, I'm gutted.

He'd have gotten a hefty contract upgrade and gets to be closer to family. I doubt we "let" him go. All the best to him and his family.

This puts a ton of pressure on the club to keep NAS long term now IMO.

How could you possibly reach a conclusion that Storm "let Tohu go"..????

It's just the way of the NRL world now in 2017...MASSIVE overs offer from Worriers and the added lure of family.....we'd all do the same.
Remember this day, men, for it will be yours for all time

It's a figure of speech relax, and if we really wanted to keep him we would have also payed overs for him to stay, I would have let him name his price, but luckily I'm not the coach or CEO haha.

I think NAS will only sign for a year or two and then make the switch to union. I believe he's indicated this in the past...

Not sure if this has been mentioned but according to Foxsports Christian Welch being targeted by Broncos and Cowboys.

and apparently Finucane has visited the Knights facilities and they are strongly interested in him.
McLean being targeted by the cowboys
and Welch also by the Titans
And im pretty sure Kaufusi and NAS are out of contract aswell.
Harris already gone.
Hope we are not going to get decimated.

Finucane and McLean will likely have to choose loyalty over big money. Can't see us losing Kaufusi or Welch if we didn't want to keep them. Who knows what NAS has planned.

My nightmare is we lose a good chunk of those guys and bring back Hoffman. That would not be good.

Jesse Bromwich is technically off contract too according to fox sports. Fun times ahead.
