I'm more sad we won't get to see a lot of our players play again this year...Kurt young George Travis Ben all don't have a place to play...although at least they will be there Friday night

Garbutt should have been in our front row rotation from the beginning of last season. Bellamy is the one who has gone crazy there imo. With the lack of opportunities for him, it's pretty easy to see why he decided to leave.

Mitch Garbutt is a terrible defender and also has butter fingers, thats why Bellamy would not pick him.

In the last 4 games for Easts he has missed 4 tackles (total) and made 2 errors.

Averaging 200m gained.

maybe he thought he finally better put in an effort for Storm before going to the donkeys ??

who knows... ??

a decision would have been made on him over the course of 2 years of close viewing...not just the last 4 weeks

Both don't stand out when you go back and look at what he's done in his 6 games for us this season. Out of the 6 games he's played, the only game he didn't have much on an impact in was against the Roosters during origin, and that game our entire forward pack was dominated.

So from what I saw yesterday (I watched the second half), here is how our boys went.

Munster - massive - 27 runs and man of the match with a try and so solid under the high ball.
Hunt - didn't see a lot of him but was ok when he got involved, the commentators made mention of him doing a few good things in the 1st half though.
Kennar - very impressive, scored a try and looked dangerous every time he was near the ball.
Walker - made the line break that lead to the Kennar try and threw the pass for Munster's.
Romelo - a couple of brain fades but was a big part of Munster's try.
K.Bromwich - they mentioned on the commentary that he had 42 tackles at one point! he is going to be a special player.
Kaufusi - looked like a giant handful every time he ran the ball, tied up 2,3, or 4 defenders and good things happened on the back of his runs like Walker's line break.

Didn't see Garbutt out there.
