Has anyone else noticed how crap the Storm web site has become???
It's just been updated from about the middle of December (ok it was xmas time) but the stories look like they have been written by someone who didn't pay much attention in english class at school.
All those dots & breaks in the text... ..., it's sooo annoying (to me anyhow). :x
You'd think with all the combined knowledge in that office that someone would be able to write a normal story re the team, the latest about the training camp is stuttery and weird. :?
It's only my humble opinion and no doubt some will blast me for it but I was curious to see if anyone else found the site & stories annoying?
BTW - I know that they've just gotten a new CEO & the media manager left but that all happened in October last year - you'd think they'd have gotten things sorted out by now - it couldn't have been that bad in there could it????

Good to see that they were on the ball and announced Robbie Kearns as the new Storm Captain on the club's website before it was printed in the Herald Sun and announced on radio.

Oh, wait.....

It's still not on Storm's website.

Coupled with the general lack of publicity forStorm lately and the complete dearth of information I (as a 2004 member) have had from the club recently, I can't help feeling that Storm's media department have rather dropped the ball.
We must all hang together or, most assuredly, we shall all hang separately

Nah TC Robbie's story was on the Storm site but they bumped it for the blurb about the trivia night - dated 20 Jan. :?
This gives eight days notice for the night - bloody hell, don't they think that people make plans more than 1 week ahead???
:?

It's a long time coming, this trivia night was originally meant to be held in Round 1, 2004 but for some reason was delayed. Then it was meant to be on 14 Jan, 2005. Now it's 28 Jan. I wonder what's the next date it'll be postponed to.

Anyone actually read the article about Kearnsy getting the captaincy back???

"Robbie Kearns has been there before and the popular second rower is looking forward to lead the Melbourne Storm again in 2005." (www.melbournestorm.com.au)

He's been a prop for the last 5 years or so. Last time I remember him playing back row was when Lazo was still around
