I wonder if he'll get Quinns wing spot if he's not ready. The advantage of doing that is thet we dont expose our young stars too early and thus have to upgrade there contracts sooner to keep them.

I've heard rumours from Souths fans that Mark Hughes has snuck under Melbourne's radar and signed Justin O'Neill.  :( Please someone put me out of my misery and tell me its not true.

You're an angel Sally.

Didnt make sence to me seeing as Justin will replace Chase Stanley in a couple of years as I think Chase is only a rental.

Slightly OT, will be interesting to see what our backline looks like in 2013.

1. Maipele Morseu - I like his style of game more then Gareths. Think Brent Stewart v Karmichael Hunt.
2. Matt Duffie
3. Justin O'Neill
4. Greg Inglis (c)
5. Dane Nielsen - I think he's found a home for a while. Safe as a bank and wont cost the earth.
6. Dane Chisholm
7. Cooper Cronk

I am most looking forward to seeing Duffie and Chisholm bulk up a little and playing first grade...we NEED to keep these two guys. Widdop is another one we need to hang on to...although reading reports and interviews with him it always sounds as tho he doesnt plan on being at the Storm long term. Im not sure Slater will even leave us untill he retires....so im not sure how long Gareth wants to wait around...unless he can play another position.

I wouldn't bet against Billy not still holding down fullback. He's only 26
