Guys like Brett While, Ryan Hoffman, Jeff Lima and dare I say it......even Finchy....may play elsewhere for the rest of their careers.....BUT.................they will ALWAYS be Melbourne Storm players through and through.

Re: Chase Stanley update
Thanks sallymay for the update on Chase...would love to see him kick ass in 2011 and become a Storm diehard.
Aiden Tolman...thanks for what you gave to the club, but forgive me if I don't follow your career at the Bullfrogs with any interest at all.

Chase Stanley update
anyone know how bad his elbow injury is ?
Bad luck sems to follow the guy from an injury perspective.
Thought he was playing well until he went off.
Big preseason for Chase and hopefully a successful and injury free 2011.

I love the way Phil Gould is prepared to say what everyone else is actually thinking but they are too GUTLESS to put into words on the public stage.
Good article imo.

Re: Nielsen stays for 2 more years.
MELBOURNE Storm has fought off a strong challenge from the Canterbury Bulldogs and re-signed starting centre Dane Nielsen for the next two years. Hot on the heels of the departure of Greg Inglis, Nielsen agreed to terms with the club this morning having strongly considered a lucrative switch to Syd...

Re: Greg Inglis to Brisbane
Mate, we're all supprters, fans, members etc of the club which means every single one of us can have an opinion on things and express how they feel and shouldn't be questioned for it. If those opinions don't happen to be the same as yours then so be it, it's every bit as valid as yours no matter ho...

Re: Greg Inglis to Brisbane
The cynic in my says that Inglis has thrown out the lure of possibly returning to Melbourne Storm in the future to try and keep Storm people sweet with him for next 2 years. He must know that given he has intentionally left the Storm family to play with the biggest pack of &%$# in the NRL, that ...

Hi....
when you post a reply, there is a small button which says Insert Image (next to the Earth).
You need to inset the URL of the picture that you wish to display between the 2 brackets.
We'll be able to tell you if the photos are of players.

Re: Nicely said
Yeah...as much as we as Members and supporters hurt...it is trivial compared to what Craig and Stephen Kearney must be feeling. I think we Melbourne Storm people (as a gross generalisation) have a real Victorian attitude to retaining "our" players especially if we have had any exposure to ...

Re: Greg Inglis to Brisbane
IMO Greg might just be sick of the spotlight and attention, I don't believe it's in his nature to be fussed upon, however he'd better get used to it up there in Brisbane, because it'll be twice to what it is in Melbourne. If that's the case.....HE IS GONNA BE ABSOLUTELY STUFFED AT THE BRONCOS.........

WOW....when the deal got this good....it would have been ALMOST impossible for Storm not to offload Inglis. :shock2: http://www.smh.com.au/rugby-league/league-news/brisbane-reel-in-inglis-with-580000-moneygoround-20100810-11y5y.html No financial burden on Storm's top tier cap in 2011 or 2...

Re: Wanted...Prop Forwards. No spuds to apply.
I doubt Housten is on the market, isn't he gonna do jail time? Not a bad player though. Imo, my top 3 would be Sam McKendry (panthers) Matt White (Titans) Top 2, no one else impresses me. Cross wouldn't come cheap. LOL....Chris Houston might be otherwise "detained" and would struggle to g...
