Re: Final Trial - Bulldogs vs Storm
Soooo, are you saying that it's not a disappointing way to enter round 1? Not sure where I insinuated the season was a write off champ. Of the video that was able to be streamed, our guys didn't show anything, mostly because we dropped the ball/gave away penalties/did not defend well the entire time...

Re: Final Trial - Bulldogs vs Storm
So the Dogs get over yet again on full time. Dogs win 20-0.
Not really any promising signs whatsoever from what I could see. Disappointing way to lead into round 1.

Re: Final Trial - Bulldogs vs Storm
Get's me so f*cking frustrated...
I managed to see one completed set where we were tackled on the last. Other than that, dropped ball... In 20-odd minutes of play.

Re: Final Trial - Bulldogs vs Storm
Video stream is unwatchable... I could tolerate grainy, bigfoot- style quality but it's jumping/freezing every few seconds. Piss poor effort from the clubs on the streaming.

Re: Final Trial - Bulldogs vs Storm
Bulldogs forwards are completely dominating us (in the 5 minutes the stream has been up anyway). Josh Jackson strolls over on the right edge/our left defensive edge.
Bulldogs 16-0. 54 minutes gone.

Re: Final Trial - Bulldogs vs Storm
Reports on Twitter, the Dogs are busting us open up the middle and scored under the posts through Kasiano.
10-0 to the Dogs. 3 minutes from halftime.

Re: Final Trial - Bulldogs vs Storm
I don't think we need a utility player with Tohu in the starting side. I'd rather have another big fella coming off the bench to punch holes through the middle. This 100% Particularly now that there are rule changes to speed the game up AND reduced interchange. Any teams carrying a utility may be a...

If not, what are people's thoughts?
By all reports Scott continues to shine... Scott at left centre, Blair at right wing? Haven't heard much in relation to Blairs training/progress so far.

Re: TRIAL 1 vs Wests Tigers
In the other game (All Stars), Cam and Will performed well and got through unscathed. Cam looked very sharp and unlucky not to be awarded MOTM. Fingers crossed that is a sign that he is in for a huge year.

Re: Round 1 Line Up?
I love the idea of making players play Q-Cup to ensure they know what it's like playing against men. Also to ensure that they have 12 months to buy into the culture etc... BUT, I don't think it needs to be a hard and fast rule. If the kid/new player is good enough and shows significant promise, give...
