Re: QUALIFYING FINAL - Storm vs Rabbitohs
And just to add if the NRL/judiciary are fair dinkum they'll rub Mitchell out for that crusher tackle. From memory it was pretty much identical to Chambers so taking into account carry over points (if he has any) regardless it should be the same grading at least. That said given it's finals and the ...

Re: QUALIFYING FINAL - Storm vs Rabbitohs
Cronulla v Panthers next week with winner to play us in the Prelim Final Even though the Sharks have had the wood on us in recent times and the Panthers beat us at home the other week, to be honest I'm happy with the result and think we've copped the 'easier' side of the draw. While I know its the ...

Re: QUALIFYING FINAL - Storm vs Rabbitohs
I'm not doubting your source for a second SS and sure it was around the mark numbers wise that he said but I still think we'll get the 17k-18k+ numbers.
Anyway as long as we win I couldn't care if it was two and a dog!

Re: Cooper Cronk
Right now I just see CC as just another player from just another who i hope to hell we beat if we meet them in the finals at some stage which is highly likely as long as we keep winning. As for his 'legacy' at our club, there's no denying his importance to it and our success over his in which he pla...

Re: Hughes or Jacks or Croft at half back
He could really come out and make me look like a real dick but I'm not as worried about Inglis as what others might be. How many (if any) games has he actually played well against us let alone dominated since he left? Others memories might be better than mine but I can't remember any. He's older now...

Re: Wills holiday
If it was clean sanctioned which it clearly was then I don't have an issue with it, especially if the club thought it might be beneficial. With any luck it might get him to pull his finger out, stop doing stupid shit and turn around his average form around this season to help us win the comp.

Re: Adam O'Brien to Roosters?
Just because he is leaving doesn’t mean he won’t come back to be Head Coach after Bellamy leaves...maybe he just wants to see what it’s like under someone else before taking the reigns of storm in a couple of years I'd be very surprised if he isn't a head coach elsewhere before Bellyache finishes up

Re: Munster being chased by Roosters
A few points for all of you who are trying to bully me. 1) Cameron hasn't signed and he will be the No 1 player chased by everyone when he comes out of contract. They will throw the kitchen sink at him. 2) I spoke to Cameron at Christian Welch's BBQ but as if he was going to tell me about his futur...

Re: Round 24 - Titans vs Storm
According to Frank; Smith (Cam) likely and Hughes probable. https://www.melbournestorm.com.au/news/2018/08/20/rd-24-injury-report/?nrlreferral=true If that turns out to be the case then it wouldn't be the worst result in regards to the injury carnage from Friday night. We've taken a massive hit no ...

Re: Round 23 - Storm vs Eels
Great result for us today with Panthers getting beaten by the Knights. Now we just have to win one more game to guarantee top 4 finish Certainly a good result for us just as the Rabbits losing was as well but before last night with the injuries/suspension, a top 2 spot was likely and would give us ...

Re: Round 23 - Storm vs Eels
Let's be honest, Chambers has always tread a fine line when it comes to his decision making in regards to his tackling/physicality and the like and his paying the price now. If it was a clean skin with no record then you'd def have a crack a challenging and would get off, that said with his past rec...

Re: Munster being chased by Roosters
I'll be very surprised if firstly doesn't re-sign with its and even more surprised if he signs with that soulless club. Make no mistake, we'll have the money to offer him with Bill moving on and Cam most likely the year after next so IF he wants to stay then he aint going anywhere. This is a mixture...

Adam O'Brien to Roosters?
Seems to be plenty of traction to this and looks like it's going to happen. I think it's fair to say that most of us fans (and those at the club) just thought it was a no brainer he took over when Bellyache finished up. Apparently it's for family reasons but I can't see him taking over the reins at ...

Re: Round 22 - Storm vs Sharks
I never thought I'd thank the Roosters but they've done us a big favour tonight. Not only did they beat the Rabbits they only did so by a small margin. If we do the job on the Sharks on Sunday we'll get back to the penthouse and put our destiny back in our hands
