A chance for Storm Fans to bond!
It's too late to enter a team in this season's summer comp, BUT I do want to get a team together for either the winter touch-rugby comp or the following summer's. The two competitions in my area are played in Elwood Park and Albert Park during week nights. Sooooooooo, if you are a Melbourne Storm fa...

Apology RE this week's confusion
To those who trekked out to Clayton tonight (Tuesday) - I am sorry for the confusion, but the game is cancelled owing to rain, and has been moved to Thursday at the same time. The weather forecast predicts "clearing showers" so there's a 50/50 chance of the game's going ahead at this point...

To the tune of "Hard Day's Night" by The Beatles
Hehe - thanks for that. When the season starts, I'm going to print out all these songs into booklets, and hand them out to interested singers in the crowd. I reckon it'll take time, but if we can get a little group going, I reckon it'll catch on. And it's true - Pommies might not have the best teams...

To the tune of "Hard Day's Night" by The Beatles
It's been a hard day, right, and we've been singing all the songs. We're standing in the cold, and we've finished all our grog But when we stand out for you, and see the things that you do, it makes us feel alright With the Storm, everything seems to be alright, yeah. Scoring tries and keeping defen...

Social OZtag is officially up and running
To all those who want to have a friendly run-around: We're playing social OZtag (emphasis on social) on Tuesdays between 19:00 and 20:30 at Namatjira Park Reserve in Clayton South. If it rains, we'll play on Thursday instead. Namatjira Park Reserve is off Springs Road, Clayton South and for those wh...

Stating the obvious
Yes, Surandy, it obviously does. The more important question is: do you want to play, and can you?

Further details RE OZTag 2005
I can't confirm the venue yet, but it will probably be Gosh's paddock, although there are two parks in Clayton which have been thrown up as options as well. Last summer we played in Gosh's Paddock every week and that was perfect. If anyone has difficulty traveling, you can arrange a lift with me, an...

What arvo/evening can YOU play OZTag on?
This poll appears in the OZtag directory, but I really want to spread the word around: If there is anyone who interested in playing on any night of the week, please answer the poll and get into touch with me. A few of us have been trying to organise a regular weekly session (at least), but if we can...

VERY IMPORTANT: What night can YOU play OZTag on?
If there is anyone who interested in playing on any night of the week, please answer the poll and get into touch with me. A few of us have been trying to organise a regular weekly session (at least), but if we can get the numbers, there will be plenty of people to make it happen. For those who have ...

Who should captain the Storm in 2005?
It has just occurred to me that with Kearney gone, I don't know who will captain the Storm from next season on. I think that there are a few players who could do the job quite well, but I should be interested to see who you think should be at the helm of the Melbourne Storm. Candidates: 1) Cameron S...

Is the Storm League still going?
That's the question up there in the subject line.
Btw, what happens after daylight savings kicks in?
I'm dying to play...

Storm Game Will Be On Live In Melbourne
Monday morning, (09:15) I have just phoned Channel Nine's Melbourne office and they have told me that they will be showing the Storm game live on Sunday arvo, but no other League. I can't believe them yet, not until I see it in writing, but it seems to be good... It seems that all the phoning and co...

These two are obviously for when we're doing a "Colonial Stadium Wests Tigers" on someone: Sing when you’re winning, You only sing when you’re winning. Sing when you’re wi-in-ing You only sing when you’re wi-in-ing... AND The Game is in the bag The game is in the bag The game is in the bag...
