Re: Round 7 vs Sydney Roosters
Strange that a tactic that was used so frequently and successfully last season seems “weird” to you this season though. I said your push for Garlick was weird. Both because Wishart has been totally fine in his minimal role and that whatever success came from starting Garlick last season had very li...

Re: Round 7 vs Sydney Roosters
Second week in a row I've wondered why nrl.com have put up an early preview for a game :-? The push for Garlick is a bit weird to me tbh. He hasn't done enough to warrant pushing him for a spot. I think there are benefits to playing Harry less and maybe that's why it was "effective" when w...

Re: Round 6 vs Bulldogs
Yeah Manu is on the other side. Not sure on the Roosters health but the other centre has usually been Suaalii this season so that isn't any easier matchup. The club will likely persist with it since they've just extended him but Meaney hasn't exactly had the best start in the centres. I think in an ...

Re: Round 6 vs Bulldogs
Missing a middle for basically the entire game obviously hurts but that’s our worst performance of the season. Basically full strength at home against an average side and we needed another last ditch try to win. We can’t keep relying on winning this way.

Re: Round 6 vs Bulldogs
We are going to need to adjust or change how we defend on our right edge. Put Reimis over there and not leave Will on an island where he needs to make quick decisions.

Re: Round 6 vs Bulldogs
Dominated in the tackle after going nowhere and then can’t even play the ball properly. Why does Bellamy continue to put up with him?

Re: Round 6 vs Bulldogs
A fair few times this year we’ve given up big metres after a kick. No communication in the chase and everyone watching the ball.

In the nicest way possible - we can’t carry Loiero and King in the same pack.

Re: Round 6 vs Bulldogs
Still a bit strange that we don’t think Nelson is ready yet. I mean getting more minuets under him is fine but he would still be valuable playing 20 minutes off the bench for us right now.

Poor discipline is one of the reasons the club would be down on NAS.

Re: Round 5 vs Broncos
While on the please explains: Can someone tell me why on Thursday night the Broncos kicked it out on the full from a restart and it was a play the ball from where the ball went out, not a plenty from halfway, "because the rule had changed". But last night the Bulldogs kicked the ball out ...

Re: Round 5 vs Broncos
I’m genuinely unsure what to make of that one. I thought we were pretty good? Built pressure, scored points, the forwards were great? Brisbane have a ton of talent right across the park and caused plenty of issues all night. I don’t think the defence was bad bad but certainly some individuals would ...
