Re: Official thread and signing news
Talking about wingers, I really think our outside men are made to look and react as they do by the people inside them. (Anyone ever tried being a winger and having to rely on those inside them? FB is much easier with a roving commission - so long as you can tackle...)

Re: Official thread and signing news
Seems the Olam - Blore swap is a done deal, Fox are reporting it’s close to being wrapped up, I like it a lot Olam is past it as we all know and Blore is a hungry young beast who can form a lethal back row combination with Katoa moving forward, no more Loiero hopefully 🤞 As much as I agree with you...

I don't think this draw has been confirmed, wasn't it a leak?

Re: Rep Squads and Awards
You wish Sua was a bit bigger so you could play him on the wing and figure it out with him and Paps coming off his injuries but if Sua keeps progressing a big decision will need to be made. Could Paps play 5/8? Just askin! What would you do with Munster? Put him in as a playmaking lock and demand t...

Re: Official thread and signing news
There is a "30 Player Limit" for each NRL Team Roster, whatever that means - the Storm Websit lists 34 players - some are considered "development" players. Rules are rules - I think? We have a FAT roster and need to purge in order to afford the mid season "buy/transfer"...

Re: Official thread and signing news
In days gone, we had our superstar spine, a strong but underrated pack, a number of young guns pushing for first grade and supplemented by a couple of journey men / outcasts. In light of what Penrith have done I wonder how Cameron Smith, Cooper Cronk and the Club as a whole will view their collecti...

Re: Official thread and signing news
I have no serious concerns over Grant. Hughes started the season poorly, ended the season poorly and gets injured a lot. Munster saves his best footy for when he plays for QLD or when his contract is coming up for renewal. Paps I've spoken about before. Not ruling any of them out, not saying they a...

Re: Preliminary Final vs Panthers @ Accor Stadium
there is no team of 13 that beats the broncos or panthers in a big game Me thinks Craig needs to take the team back to defensive school. If we can't bash the ball up or move it around with flair then we can always defend. Defend well and complete our sets, something that used to almost be the mantr...

Re: Preliminary Final vs Panthers @ Accor Stadium
In fact id say there is no other coach in the comp that could take our current squad to a prelim final so you could say craig has overachieved this year getting this group to the game before the grand final. Until we have better middles at the club we dont do any better. No spine or back line can p...
