Re: Finals Week 2
Just gotta do something to change up these shit starts. There is just no excuse to continually keep starting bad. We've had the same starting forwards basically all year. There isn't a rule saying we can't spice things up

Re: Finals Week 2
If anything Kenny Bromwich need more minutes, preferably at the expence of Hinchcliffe. At a quick glance his meters per carry the past month have been better then any backrower apart from maybe Tohu. For sure. I wouldn't be dropping him because I didn't think he was playing well, I just don't thin...

Re: Finals Week 2
Why would we rest a player in a finals game ? I get wanting to drop him but it wouldn't be to rest lol. Hinchy to the bench though needs to happen, with Tohu starting. Also think Kenny B might miss out if indeed Bellamy does make changes. If Easts weren't in the GF I'd really want Garbutt in the team.

Re: Finals Week 2
I reckon Moors and Vave have done something to get in Bellamys bad books. Lazy training or something like that.

Re: 2013 Official Thread + Signing news
Thanks Sally. Definitely want to keep Vaves on the team. Feel a little sorry for Kirisome but we have a pretty solid back row moving forward.

Re: Finals week one
The only thing the media care about is Souths being 1 game away from a GF. They don't care how it happened because we're Melbourne.

Re: Finals Week 2
We need to be at 100% no matter who we played anyway. If we don't we will get knocked out.

They played pretty damn well. Walker is a class above any player in the Q Cup.

Re: To stay or not to stay...that is the question...
They don't have anyone of big money really, maybe Hodges who comes off contract next season I think, same as Hannant. Barba will only be on $300k for the next 3 seasons. Kennedy about the same. Then the cap increases heaps plus all the 3rd party deals they can get. They had Lockyer on $250k for his ...

Re: To stay or not to stay...that is the question...
I'd love to see him stay and I think he will, but there is no way I want us to come close to matching $1 million to keep him. Not when he'll be 32 when his next contract begins.
