Oztag is relocating and other promising news

I have just had a very promising meeting with one of the PE teachers at South Oakleigh Secondary College, Mr Mulligan. He is a huge League fan, and is as zealous as I am about getting Oztag going; at one stage we seemed to be competing with each other for superlative descriptions of the game. He has...

Oztag suspended this week

It looks as if the weather is not in our favour this week. It's 15:00 now and pissing down with rain.
If it clears up in 2 hours' time, I'll send out the OK, otherwise it looks as if we'll have to wait until Tuesday.

Oztag Report: Tuesday the 18th of January, 2005.

That's right, Oztag is on tomorrow. (Thursday)
I have the tags, cones, and witches hats, and I'll arrive at the park at 18:30. Rock up around that time to introduce yourself, and to warm up a little bit.

See you there!

I need to organise the Oztag for next week!

To all Oztag players, I'll not be able to play on Tuesday because I'm flying to Sydney on Saturday, and coming back on Wednesday arvo. I am taking care of the tags until David and Kaye get back, so given the circumstances there are two choices: 1) Shift the game to Thursday, and all will be well. 2)...

Oztag Report: Tuesday the 18th of January, 2005.

Match Report, Tuesday the 18th of January, 2005: Today was simply one of the best games we've ever had. To Buzz, Steve, and Jay: you missed out big time. All counted we made up a dozen, and the teams were very evenly matched. With bright sunlight, just the right temperature, and perfect conditions u...

CHECK HERE FOR OZTAG UPDATES

Tuesday, the 18th of January, 2005. Oztag is on today as usual at 18:30 at Namatjira Park Reserve, off Spring Road, in Clayton South. We'd like to start organising a post-game BBQ, but because Buzz is in charge of that and can't make it today, we'll have to wait until next week. If anyone needs a li...

OzTag report, Tuesday the 14th of December

I don't know how many people will play on the Tuesday before Christmas, but I will certainly be there. Actually, it would be really good if people could tell me whether they are coming or not over the next three days. At the moment, a rough estimate would be around 8 people - but there could be more!

OzTag report, Tuesday the 14th of December

Well today's Oztag game was played in fine, fine weather despite the ominous earlier rain. There were no small children today, and some of the guys quite enjoyed the "grunt". Sadly, David and Kaye couldn't make it today, owing to their family commitments, but the other regulars were there....

A chance for Storm Fans to bond!

Yes, I'm sorry about the cancellation - I did tell people to get in contact with me though. We always intend to play on Tuesday, but if it's wet (I'd play in the wet, but I don't determine whether it goes ahead) I'd know by 17:00. If you call me around then, I can confirm it either way 100%. At the ...

Clayton is zone 2, but I can give you a lift from any train station between Caulfield and Clayton and take you back to the station if you like.
