Re: Cameron Smith
After the interview in NRL360 (I think that was the show, they all seem the same) I got the impression that he is making noise about Brisbane but is really negotiating a post playing career position, and fair enough. He should have a role at the club if he wants it.

Re: STORM CONTRACTED PLAYERS
Gee, the Panthers seem to be pushing players out all the time - not required going forward - but we seem to be putting in an offer that is rumoured to be lower than what the player could get at another club. I'd rather our approach because I hate the idea that a beloved player (and they are all belo...

Re: Rd 11 Storm vs Roosters sat 25/5 7.30
For those who want Widdop gone, I didn't think Bellamy would do anything with the rep season upon us we need Widdop to be playing and playing confidently, so I didn't think it would be dropped. At the end of the origin period I suspect there will be a different plan going into the back end of the se...

Re: Upcoming Milestones
WOW, well done for putting all those stats together. Cam's 250 should be the next home game against the Sharkies. I thought Sisa would be higher than 50 NRL games, I feel that he has played more than that just for us. He is on fire at the moment. Richard Swain, always a favourite - still holding ont...

Re: R9 - Penrith vs Melbourne Sun 12/05 6:30pm Centrebet Sta
I don't think Widdop will be dropped because the position is too critical to be messing around with and we need him confident and firing for origin. Billy was falling into that trying too hard mode that he is capable of. We really missed Hinchcliffe and Hoffy seems to be missing in action a bit, not...

Re: Storm & Raiders negotiating for a game in China
I don't see why it has to be a season game. Surely an off season match would have the same appeal.

Re: Storm 'D'
The rally towel for broncos is supposed to be like storm D - to rally them in defence, but to me it seems like cheering for the away team. The graphic that appears on the big screen is somewhere between hilarious and cringeworthy. The ground announcer at the Titans game tries to start a chant which ...

Re: A Team of Storm Players with the Most Tries in Each Posi
What a great team!
Regarding the bench - 1999 was before the change from unlimited interchange, where the bench was rotated so much it was possible to be a bench specialist. All really good players though.
Moule was a surprise - that was a good strike rate

Re: Our 10th Season!
I can't believe it is the 10th 'season' - and I'm only on 400ish posts :-\ Looking back on the Membership list - what about Stormgirl, Fampa, Jellyhead, Lord Reynoldson and Stormwarning who were all great contributors early on. Remember when we would complain that we couldn't have home finals - and ...

Re: 2013 World Club Challenge vs Leeds Rhinos
I'm glad we are taking a full strength squad to this game. I think the WCC is a great reward for winning the GF. The players would want to test themselves against the SL club (even taking into account they are both playing with a new year squad). As a fan I want the Storm to come home with that trop...

Re: Storm Club Records
I can see you point about marketting the Big 3. While it does take a whole team - and each player has to do their part to win, from a marketing point of view our team has three of the best players in the game at the moment and the 'of all time' reference is often thrown around. The problems are that...
