Re: Official Injury Updates Thread
Hopefully Coates will be back , to replace Sua ( assuming the young lad is unavailable) next week If Hughes also unavailable, then Meaney and Wishart will play 1 and 6 ( or 6 and 1 ). Someone will need to come into the centres, and Garlick will presumably come in as the 14. I feel so flat with thes...

Re: Official Injury Updates Thread
If Hughes does a calf properly, he doesn’t finish the match. I wonder how severe it is ?

You'd HOPE that the Club wouldn't let him hobble around if it's a breakPapenhuyzen23 wrote: ↑Sat May 04, 2024 6:32 pm Reports coming out it’s a high ankle sprain from the club. Syndesmosis in other words. Good news considering how awful it looked.

Re: Official Injury Updates Thread
Horrible news. Russell-Smith got dropped back to Jersey Flegg, so obviously no where near it yet. Do we start to look at Paps playing in the halves if/when Munster and Hughes miss? I believe that's a stronger option than Wishart or Meaney playing in the halves. I'd hate Pappy being smashed in the f...

Re: Queensland Cup/NSW cup
Hoping it’s nothing more than PCL or MCL which are bad enough to mess up Jonah’s season but an ACL would be a real problem. Wishing him some positive news.

Re: Official Injury Updates Thread
Jonah was injured in a tackle looks to have done his knee really badly …he was helped off the field be two people couldn’t put weight on it Also didn’t sit on or near the bench after half time geeez an ACL will be bad news for him and the FG team. He was going to be vital at stages during the year....

NAS off with a hamstring injury. Not reported anywhere today. Did you mean Xav....bc he definitely left the field with a hamstring injury ? Emma Lawrence reported NAS leaving field with hamstring tightness on Channel Nine post game show last night. ah ok....I was at the game so didn't pick that up ...

Re: Round 8 v Rabbitohs
Milne had been in running tussle with Munny from early in the match ......so the decision in the 80th minute by Milne to drive into Munny's knees should be very carefully investigated by the NRL regarding his intentions and the potential for a catastrophic injury outcome

Re: Round 8 v Rabbitohs
"If we are fair dinkum we finally win by 12+" I hope so, but you never tell with out Melbounre Storm. The Rabbits have a lot to prove. Most teams (except Dogs) have a poor record against us especially in Melbourne. Every team comes to play Melbourne with a lot to prove....they often come ...

Re: Round 7 vs Sydney Roosters
Geez Robinson is sore loser....highlights NAS pushing Eli for about 1 nano second....and says it shouldn't have been a try and then moans about Reimis begin a disruptor on Xav's try...and also say no try. But doesn't mention the poor referring that failed to pick up Jennings losing the ball before M...

Re: Round 7 vs Sydney Roosters
Chan has something. He can find space and lay on some solid hits. Needs to retain a place. His poor discipline was probably due to the speed of the game after being out of FG for several weeks with the hand injury.....so if he cleans up the discipline and his ball security.....I agree there's plent...
