Re: Stars head to country
The original plan of these QANTAS Community Carnival trips was for the NRL team to play a local rep side, so it was going to be Storm vs a Goulburn Murray select team. Due to facility requirements, the only near enough ground to suit the requirements of the sponsors and teams was in Lavington.... T...

Home Jersey
Now understandably no one would of seen anything cause the Storm are still finalising sponsors for season 2006, however I remember when Reebok came on as major apparel sponsor last year, they had plans for in 2006 to change the Melbourne Storm home jersey to one of their fantastic designs. My questi...

Re: Panthers vs Storm in Adelaide at Easter
What the hell are they doing placing promotional games in SA, when we struggle to get crowds in Melbourne where we actually have a franchise? how bout they concentrate on getting crowds to areas that already have a team before galevanting around the country side... The SA Government offered the Pan...

Re: No Major Sponsor
Jayco has stepped up their level of sponsorship in the offseason, so it wouldn't be a surprise to see them make an appearance on the kit somewhere. One thing I'm surprised to see in the Storm sponsorship portfolio is there is no 'Beer' and 'Other Beverage' Partners...Now considering Gatorade is on a...

LOL I'll believe that when I see it. The last time I went to Aussie Stadium they only just cracked 8000 for two Sydney teams that hate each other. Okay so the weather wasn't great and the fact that neither side would be able to go one any futher didn't help but I simply can not fathom how 17 000 pe...

Yakstorm on LU said the PAX number on his ticket bought today was close to 17 thousand and according to Ticketek, PAX number is the number of tickets sold up to that point, so there'll be a pretty good turnout but may be a bit low for a finals game. I'm expecting closer to 20K on the day. Capacity ...

ASSRL - Under 15's
Okay finals tomorrow and Victoria has drawn the very strong NSW Combined Catholic Colleges side.
If Victoria wins, they will finish 3rd in the tournament (under the structure they can't finish 1st or 2nd)
