No, I’m not defending the kick. Just pointing out some of the hypocrisy here when it comes to Chambers

So we’re 1-17 with the only change being Hoffman to the bench and Stimson to start. That’s our best starting 13 imo, add Smith to the bench and I would be happy

And of course Smith and Croft are the two that drop out of the 21. Makes no sense whatsoever If Slater's playing (which it appears) and Hughes at half, there is probably no place in the 17 for Croft. Just listening to Munster talking to the media, it’s sounds to me like he’s probably leaning towards staying at 5/8 next year. He realises that 5/8 is his best chances at rep footy. I think he’ll stay there and won’t need much convincing

He was definitely serviceable but nothing more imo. He did enough most weeks to keep his spot, but let’s be honest he didn’t have much competition back then. He never really had a great game but he did have some shockers, most notably the game against the Raiders where Joey Leilua embarrassed him.

Cheyse has always had these games in him. It’s why the Roosters let him go, it’s why the Eels told him to get out, it’s why Manly didn’t want to keep him. He’s not the player a lot on here think he is. He’s an ok backup for a couple games against weakened teams but at full strength should be nowhere...

I've only seen the highlights so far, but are people still thinking that Blair is a better option at centre than Chambers?
