Re: Storm axe the cheerleaders

I don't base renewing my membership on what the entertainment is or what decisions the front office makes in regards to things like this that have absolutely no bearing on the field. I only renew like I have done from the start purely for the team and to watch them do what they do week in week out. ...

Re: Cam here or not?

While it's hardly ideal he;'s not signed yet, surely it's an absolute no brainer he'll stay. There's no way in hell he'll play for someone else so his only other option is to retire which he clearly doesn't want to do and won't. I don'[t think he's selfish at all for holding out, he's just trying to...

Re: 2014 Official thread and signing news

Not technically signed but when you have Frank stating it’s all but over the line it’s pretty much a done deal I think

Re: 2019 Melbourne Storm Logo

Ok, it's not our iconic logo we had for so long but at the same time I think it's contemporary and moving with the times. For me I can wear not having yellow in the logo as long as it's incorporated in the jersey which I'm sure it will be and much more important. Given the owners we have when unders...

Re: Billy set to announce retirement

Good on him and I'm sure he'll bring plenty to the Saints, especially given they've lost plenty of old heads in recent seasons and are rebuilding. As a Pies fan I'd have loved him to go there but great to see the AFL clubs are seeing what the NRL clubs/players have to offer just as we have from them...

lol we'll just take that great news on top of the other young lads re-signing. There were so many north of the border ready for the demise of the Storm after the big 3 move on there's plenty of life in us yet.

Re: Own the Melbourne storm (Shares)

Ahh ok so basically it could be a heap different to that model price wise. The three majority owners on the Storm in Ryan, Tripp and Campbell are very smart businessman (obviously) and think it's fair to say they'll come up with a model that will suit the market of Melbourne the best. It's all well ...

Re: Own the Melbourne storm (Shares)

Most definitely interested and registered to keep track of where it's going. Certainly wouldn't be for a financial return because I wouldn't think there'd be a great deal if anything to be gained in that regard but would still love to own a piece of the club. Where if the info it was $275 per share?...

Re: 2014 Official thread and signing news

Agree never trust it completely until the club confirms but at the same time I think it's just a formality now. Also with Cam and also Munster..... Ok the latter might take a while to happen but as I mentioned earlier in this thread I just don't think there's any way he won't re-sign and that was be...
