Re: 2018 Grand Final. Storm v Roosters
140 for me - no idea what seat the aisle is but hopefully I'm not wedged in the middle! Anyone doing the Cruise? Considering it. But for $259 it's pretty steep. I figure it's comparable to the player of the year night in price, and should really set the day up for a good one hopefully, but yeah, it...

Re: Hughes or Jacks or Croft at half back
Good point on Peachey, but will they be trying to play him at 6?? I would think Lock or Centre. Sounds more and more likely he won't go up either, which I think is rubbish by him and unfair on the Titans who have made list decisions based on his signing

He was picked I'm pretty sure - late change. I'm thinking it might be the same this weekblazza18 wrote:Hoffman wasn't picked week 1. Not sure what would be different for an even more important game two weeks later.

Re: Hughes or Jacks or Croft at half back
I heard on the Fifth and Last podcast last week that Jacks was rumoured to be signed by Gold Coast. Mixed emotions on this one, the bloke works hard and is a solid player for us. However, he's been pushed down to 3rd string halfback after performances from Croft and Hughes. I also think that the ag...

Re: Storm vs Sharks/Panthers line up
I think Penrith might get them. Wade Graham is a big loss, and Dugan takes a bit of attack away too.
Penrith 1-12 for me

100%! Surely!Scooter wrote:Surely when Cameron Smith retires Brandon Smith will be first choice hooker. But I agree Harry is a better hooker than Jacks.

Re: QUALIFYING FINAL - Storm vs Rabbitohs
You realise plenty will turn up tonight and buy tickets. Not everyone prebooks. Definitely some, but finals walk ups are not generally big. Also... the person I know was high in Consumer business, has a solid understanding of crowd behaviour at Storm games. I'd like to see 17 still, but it would ap...

Yep, very disappointing. It's a strong source but I'd love him to be wrong on this one!

I'm guessing that's about tickets sold... it's a contact within the Club that told mescriptyx wrote:Did someone say something?

Re: QUALIFYING FINAL - Storm vs Rabbitohs
Expect a rubbish crowd - 13k tickets sold as of this morning.
I'm not copping solely the scheduling - not everyone is a Melbourne or Geelong fan... yes, it impacts the crowd obviously, but that's horrible. Expecting about 15k now

We all know Hoffy isn't the young player he was, but he's a long way from our worst player this year. If we win the minor prem by 1 game, let's not forget the Adelaide win...

Re: Round 25 - Storm vs Panthers
Absolutely family comes first, and can only hope things work out for Billy and his family here. Makes a massive dint in the farewells planned by the Club - hollow night tomorrow night now. Hopefully the NRL allow the Club to do some form of activation/farewell during the finals, despite the fact we ...
