Re: Wanted...Prop Forwards. No spuds to apply.
Would be curious about the likelihood of some younger fringe players such as Mose Masoe (Roosters) or Simon Dwyer (Tigers). Completely unsure of contract status or willingness to move but still curious nonetheless.

Re: Brett White will play for Canberra Raiders next year
Odd signing for the Raiders. Would have thought forwards were their strong area. Backs would be more of a concern I would imagine.
Anyway, thanks for the blood, sweat and tears Brett. Just remember to short step the shoulder charges against the Storm in the future.

Re: UFC 116
Should be a big-arsed slug fest. Just what heavyweight UFC is all about. Good to see Lesnar out there after he had to withdraw from UFC106(?) cos of pretty severe health issues.
It's a shame that Wanderlai pulled out of 116.

Re: Team to maul souths
If Cronulla started to pay their players above the cap, do you think they'll win a grand final? Haha for starters they cant even afford to breach it! The reason their so far under is because they have next to no money. LOL (From a relative of a current Sharks player - not me!) The board are forcing...

Re: Late mail
On NRL.com's late mail section, Sterlo said he chatted with Cam after Game 1 and Smith said he is keen and ready to play, it's just the committee who want to hold him back. Sterlo believes he will play.

Re: Origin: Bellamy must go
I understand the cries for a scapegoat to be cut - in this case Bellamy, but surely the buck stops with the players. At club level, sure, blame the coach to a degree. These NSW players (and QLD) are supposed to be the elite of their state playing in the highest level of league (arguably) in the worl...

Re: Cameron Smith
If Thurston is close to 100% then he will be a shoe in. Otherwise, Cooper would be hard to overlook even though Prince is in good form.bula wrote: Nathan Friend at hooker could mean Prince at halfback!

Re: I have some worse news for you guys....
On a slight tangent to the initial topic, but, what is to stop a 3rd party from saying to a player that if they play out their career with the Storm for $X, the 3rd party will give them a handout of $X after they retire? This handout would/should be outside the salary cap as it could be wriiten up a...
