My heart was in my throat when Coates took that intercept against Parra and sprinted away

Re: Official Injury Updates Thread
I don’t think we would play Hughes unless he was 100% right to go. It is way too precarious with our halves situation. If he is right to go, so be it.
I understand the concern though. We have been burned in the past.

Re: Round 12 - Sea Eagles vs Storm
Hughes in is massive. If our props can aim up, I think we get this one done in a real close battle.

Re: Official Injury Updates Thread
Reports are that Paps is looking to return in Round 15 or 16. Frank confirmed today in June. That’s quicker than most of us probably thought given the reaction Paps had after it happened.
Currently have our 1, 6 and 7 on the sideline. Jesus.
At least Hughes is looking promising for this week.

Round 12 - Sea Eagles vs Storm
Friday 8pm
4 Pines Park, Sydney
The Battle of Brooky 2024. Manly have beaten us the last two times we have played at Brooky.
Tui ‘s100th NRL game.
Hughes uncertain, may get rested as we have the bye the following week and some extra time to get the calf right.

Re: Magic RD 2024 Storm v parramatta
And tbh, I wouldn’t even care about that output if NAS was skittling blokes, getting quick play the balls or offloads. But it all seems very pedestrian at the moment. Especially when we all know what he is actually capable of.

Re: Official Injury Updates Thread
Groin injuries are tricky. Surgery is rare and usually only done if there has been a complete tearing of the adductor away from the pelvic bone. Like any injury, it completely depends on his individual circumstances and injury severity. Chronic groin injuries are a b*tch though and often reoccur qui...

Re: Magic RD 2024 Storm v parramatta
I thought he intentionally threw the ball at the Eels player. It was dumb, especially when he has been pinged for it multiple times before. Having said that, the Eels player should not have been there. Standing between the hooker and primary kicker on the last… there has to be some onus on the defen...

Re: Magic RD 2024 Storm v parramatta
Definitely needs to slow down and not try and score from every single play. Especially on the opposition try line. Yeah, the running directly at the markers thing - even if he is right and the markers aren’t square, we aren’t getting the calls so he needs to put that play into the back pocket unless...

Re: Magic RD 2024 Storm v parramatta
Harry is so interesting. He can tear you apart, be scheming at DH and find the right option, particularly when the ruck is on a roll BUT, he can be a real liability at times as well… His first half (besides the try) wasn’t great in my view, despite Ennis going on about him. He gave away a couple of ...
