Billy Slater article in the Sun
Did anybody else read the article in yesterday's sun about Billy? Very good reading. Suggests that he is one of the best fullbacks of all time, if not the best. Big statement. Here is how he stacks up against some of the best: Billy Slater 186 NRL Games, 2 World Club Challenge Games, 14 Origins (Que...

May 6 Test
Just wondering if anyone knows when the squads are due to be named for this match? Hopefully a few of our boys get a run, Billy, Cam and Blairy are certs but, we may get Cooper, Duffie and Proctor in there too if we're lucky. Also wonder if Hinchcliffe is any chance of a Country cap. His form this y...

Re: Player ratings vs Panthers
Very happy to say to say I was wrong about the props and very wrong about how good Little G will go at 6. Be interesting to see how he goes come SOO when he will be the dominant half. I re-call a discussion last year where it was stated that we could be very good this year IF Bromwich, Proctor and K...

Kevin Proctor
Is it just me, or has he become the leader of our forward pack this year?
Again today, he was the one who led from the fron and took a lot of difficult runs and again he was the one diving on the loose balls to retain possession. Any chance a Kiwi jersey?

Re: Storm eyes Hoffman
If he does come back, and he is one of our favourites, let's hope it's for what he's worth, not what he was worth. I would hate for us to lose Sika or one of our other forwards to accomodate someone who is probably past his best.

Re: Tallis: Only Storm can beat Melbourne
If you take out the Cowboys game, we haven't conceded more than 2 tries in any 1 week so I think we can lay claim to being better than 8/10 in defence their Gordie!

Re: Storm v Eels game thread *spoilers*
Let's be fair to Hayne, he did put a nice pass lace out on Billy's chest that ultimately led to a try (I think Quinn's). So it wasn't all bad. Did enjoy Quinny hitting Hayne too. Should get 3 votes in the Dally M's just for that!

Exiles v England
The English side will play against a team of 'exiles' overseas players with NRL experience. There are 5 former Storm boys up for selection and it is a fan vote so if you're interested, go to the super league homepage and follow the links to vote in our former favourites: Matt King (Centre) Brett Fin...

Re: 2011 Official Thread + Signing news
I have to admit to not having been the biggest Proctor fan but, his early season form has me convinced that he can be something special. Really happy to see him re-sign, and ecstatic to see Hincliffe sign!!!
