Re: nobody to be charged with salary cap fraud - wtf?
They shall not move on, as we who are left move on, wages shall not be queeried with them, nor their sins condemned, at the end of the season, and the new one's dawning, we shall remember, lest we forget! I know this is the ode to remembrance commonly read in the last post, but, I think its message ...

Re: Hinchcliffe gets some rep recognition, about time!
the raiders are idiots for letting him go. Since joining the storm, he has missed just two games, tongue on the other hand has hardly played and waddell has been in and out with injury and patchy form. Their loss, our gain!

Hinchcliffe gets some rep recognition, about time!
Ennis is out for Country and Hinchcliffe has been called into the squad to replace him as starting hooker according to the Daily Telegraph site. Congratulations to Hinchy, in my opinion he really deserves this for his sustained form and effort for the Storm over the past 2 1/2 years. Sad that he pro...

Re: Great win (much needed win) ...but poor crowd
perhaps another (slightly cynical sounding) reason for all these home games is the nrl doesn't want our good form to translate into members and so by cramming all our home games together early on, even if we do win, it becomes uneconomical to sign up as a new member.

Re: Storm rep players
If he rests anyone, I think it will be Cam just because of the number of tackles he makes.

Re: Storm rep players
Niko was at AAMI last week as 18th man, so you'd have to assume he's caught Craig's attention and would be a very good chance for next Saturday night?? I know how good Widdop is at fb. But would you play him 'out of position' now that he's mastering the 5/8 role? Have we got another replacement fb? ...

Well done to Billy Slater, Cam Smith, Cooper Cronk (All Australia), Adam Blair, Matt Duffie (Both New Zealand) and Beau Champion (NSW City) for winning rep selection.

Re: Billy Slater article in the Sun
Of course it is impossible to compare eras and playing styles, but, one thing I'm sure we can all agree on is that Billy is far and away one of the most entertaining players to have played the game and to couple that quality with such consistency and high skill levels is truly amazing. Every time he...

Re: Billy Slater article in the Sun
Lockyer's never won a Dally M? I'm astonished at that. Agree totally that Cam is the best in the game. He has three things that Billy doesn't show or is less developed in (in my opinion). He is a better leader (though Billy is a great organiser at fullback), he kicks goals and his kicking game is fa...
