Loved DJ. He had a heart as big as Phar Lap but Nikau's performance in 99 was legendary enough to warrant selection in any hypothetical team.

The two refs thing is a bit odd. Test matches only have one ref so why not club games between NRL and SL clubs? Tbh I hope to see one ref in the NRL again eventually.
