Yeah I'm aware of all that, I was just wondering if anyone had some more info on them such as age, ability, etc etc etc.Thunderstruck wrote:they're from norths devils although we picked up josh graham from union.

Turner eyes early return
Anyone know what's happening with Anthony Zipf? IIRC he collected 7 tries in one match last year off a wing for Norths, so he can obviously play a bit. He could be a handy back-up for Webster and Inglis.

Storm are after Willie Mason
If we sign Mason, we will lose Orford IMO and I would certainly rather have Orford. We don't have enough available funds for both. Mason will not come cheaply as we would have to pay considerably more than Canterbury would to secure his services. No doubting his ability on the field, but the club mu...

Storm vs Knights
I would rather play Donnelly or MacDonald instead of G.Turner, just to add a bit more size to the bench and forward pack. Having said that, it may not matter as I cannot foresee Newcastle being anything more than a bump in the road. Looking forward to seeing Brett White and also Jake Webster!

Metuisela may be out for season
We really need some more blokes to step up from our feeder club again this year. We have minimal depth in the backs and have 3 forwards injured already (Metuisela, Feeney and Robinson). Let's hope the prognosis on Tevita is not as bad as we first feared and that Feeney and Robinson can make speedy r...

Turner eyes early return
We had plenty of depth in the backline last year when we had Dustin Cooper, Ben MacDougall and to a lesser extent Fifita Moala. But we really have not brought in any replacements for them, with S.Turner also going down now. Greg Inglis will be good, I have no doubt about that, but he cannot cover al...

Steve Kearney's last game at Olympic Park Melbourne
Could be Howe's last one as well. 2 club champions who deserve a great send off. Hopefully the boys do the right thing by them and get a much needed win against the salary cheats!

another devil may get a run this week
He did OK, scoring with his first touch. Looked lost on a couple of occasions but was fairly impressive when given a run. He certainly looks a better option than G.Turner or McFadden!!

Re: Signing-Brett White
why would we be looking at signing four Props? Simple, here are our current props: Kearns - 32 years old, 1 year left Howe - gone! Chan - turns 30 next year, injury and suspension prone Robinson - also not young, injury prone and better suited to 2nd row Kaufusi - young but unimpressive Tanielu - s...

Is Robinson or Tanielu available, or are they still injured? Sione F would be a chance as well. Kirk will probably play front row this week with Howe.

Orford stays with Storm for 2005
Anticipating news of Johnson, Kidwell, Webster, etc signing up again in the next few days and NOT dragging it out like Ox did. I am still so angry at Ox for his selfishness and showing near no loyalty to the club who MADE him! Hopefully he shows his appreciation for the Storm's patience with him by ...

Orford saga continues ...
Either way it turns out, I now hope that the CC doesn't get a team in the NRL. Just to shove it up Matty Orford. After all the screwing around he has done, he doesn't deserve to have his wish come true as he has been selfish enough already. Hopefully Kearnsy is all right for this weekend, and that K...
